Louise, a lifelong resident of Sonoma County, has experienced firsthand the evolving landscape of both its urban and rural areas. Inspired by conversations with appraisers in 2002, she obtained her appraiser trainee license in 2005. After gaining experience as an appraiser assistant and becoming a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser, she started, her own business, Solid Foundation Appraisals, in 2012. With 160 to 250 appraisals conducted annually in Sonoma & Marin County, she has developed a deep understanding of the local neighborhoods.

While she excelled as an appraiser, Louise found herself missing the direct interaction with people. With encouragement from Vicki Thiessen, she pursued her Real Estate sales license. Now, as a real estate agent, she is passionate about helping clients find their ideal homes. Whether they’re first-time buyers, looking to upsize or downsize, retire, relocate, or invest in property, Louise prioritizes building relationships with her clients to gain an understanding of their unique needs and preferences. As a Realtor at W Real Estate, she is also supported by a dedicated team of professionals who share her commitment to excellence.

Outside of work, Louise enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. She loves the outdoors and often takes part in activities like hiking, running, biking, and camping. These moments in nature and with loved ones are her source of happiness and balance.
